Using different functions on the reports page.

An overview of the online report page and the Actions menu. Report sections such as Order Information, Subject Information, and Requester Information can be expanded individually, and the Actions panel is where you add searches, download or automate pre-adverse and final adverse action documents, upload files, and email the requester.

Welcome to the SafestHires platform. In this video, we're going to provide a quick overview of some of the other items, visible to you on the online reports page. So you can see here that we have various sections. Some of these are open, and some are closed.
Actually, the order information section is open, and all of the other sections are closed to keep this page fairly clean. but you can see that You can open the subject information section to view the candidate's name and other information about the candidate. the requester information is going to be information about your account and the user who initiated the order. And then off to the right, there's this section that says Actions, and if you open that, there's different things that you can do here.
You can, add a search to the order, if you would like. you can download our pre-adverse and final results. Final adverse documents here, if you wish to control the sending of those documents. If you want our system to send those documents, using our automated adverse action process, you would come down here and click this button.
Click this link and that would initiate the automated adverse action process. you can upload documents, you can email the reports requester and, perform various other functions. So, you can come into your portal and view this information and if you have any questions about how any of these things work, please contact SafestHires Support. Thank you.
