Rap Back
FBI program providing subsequent-arrest notifications after an initial fingerprint check.
Definition
FBI Rap Back is a subscription service that notifies authorized agencies when a new arrest, conviction, or other criminal-history event is added for an enrolled individual. Available to qualifying employers (typically healthcare, K-12, and government) who already conduct fingerprint background checks.
