What each search covers
The SSN Address Trace uses identifying information associated with the candidate's Social Security number to develop address history and associated names, primarily to identify the jurisdictions that should be searched for criminal records. It is not itself a criminal-record search.
The County Criminal Search – Current County searches the county court system where criminal cases are filed to identify felony and misdemeanor records, including reportable convictions and, where legally permissible, pending cases. County searches are generally considered the primary court-of-record criminal search.
The Nationwide Criminal Database Search checks a large multi-jurisdictional database of criminal-record information from courts, corrections agencies and other sources to identify possible criminal records nationwide. Potential records are verified at the originating court or authoritative source before being reported for employment purposes.
The 50 State Sex Offender Registries Search checks sex-offender registry information across all 50 states to identify potential matches to individuals required to register as sex offenders.
The Federal Criminal Search covers U.S. federal district court records for federal criminal cases such as fraud, embezzlement, federal drug offenses, immigration offenses and other crimes prosecuted under federal law rather than state law.

No. Most Kumon Learning Centers are independently owned and operated, so each franchise operator makes its own screening arrangements. Several operators have selected SafestHires, and the program expanded from the first two centers to additional locations as other operators adopted it.
Can other searches be added to the package?
