Does SafestHires integrate with my applicant tracking system?
SafestHires maintains connections to more than 75 ATS, HRIS, lab, MVR, and verification platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, BambooHR, Bullhorn, UKG, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors. If your platform is not listed, we send our XML specifications to your vendor at no charge and build the connection.
How long does a new integration take to build?
Most new connections go live in two to four weeks once the partner platform confirms API access. Existing connections can typically be enabled for your account in a few business days.
Does an integration cost extra?
No. SafestHires does not charge platform fees, seat licenses, or integration fees. You pay per check, and API documentation is provided free of charge to any vendor that requests it.
What does the integration actually do?
Your recruiter orders a screening package from inside the candidate record in your ATS. The candidate completes disclosure, authorization, and personal information on a mobile-friendly form. Status updates and the finished report post back to the candidate record automatically.
Can I connect a platform you do not already support?
Yes. Our API is an open XML/JSON interface. Send us the vendor you need and we will provide our order-entry and result-retrieval specifications at no cost, then coordinate the build with their engineering team.
